Located in the heart of a picturesque Italian town, this cozy B&B is perfect for those wanting to explore the area. the central location allows easy access to all the town's attractions including the historic center, with its stunning views. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with fabulous balconies overlooking the beautiful countryside. the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing a lovely breakfast with fresh juices. the only downside was a language barrier with one of the owners.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had sweeping views over the surrounding countryside. The hotel facilities were fantastic and the spa was very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade cakes. The staff was friendly, accommodating and spoke some French, which was helpful.

Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious and the staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Spent Easter in Umbria and stayed in a charming property with breathtaking views. the property's rooms and terraces offer an amazing view of the tranquil Umbrian countryside. the morning meal was delightful and was served a la carte. the property was conveniently situated close to the historical center and many umbrian towns.

The property's staff didn't speak an appropriate amount of English, which made it difficult to communicate with them at times. the reception desk was sometimes empty, and there was some difficulty when phoning the provided mobile number, but this did not cause major problems.
